Banknoteshobby is committed to protect our customer’s privacy/personal information provided to us on this website.
We only use the information to contact you and process your orders etc., and don’t share that information to any third party outside our company.
We do not collect any sensitive information like your credit/debit card
PAYMENT POLICY
We accept various payment options for the orders executed through this website. For Indian residents we accept :
- Cash Deposit/Bank Transfers (Details will be shared
personally) - UPI payment through WhatsApp pay
- Online payment through payment gateway provided on the website
All the orders will be dispatched after the receipt of clear payment in our account, and the buyer need to share the screenshot of the payment with us.
SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
We use only Speed Post by India Post to deliver Banknotes for fast and secured delivery. (We have not faced any issue of pilferage during our career).
For accessories we use Registered Parcel by India Post. In case of any loss/damage during transit, we should not be held responsible, we take utmost care while packing, and the contents are checked twice before final packaging.
The shipments are sent within 2-3 working days unless or otherwise stated at the time of payment, we normally send 2-3 times a week our shipments after your payment is received.
